Monk Fish....the Other Lobster

Bacon Wrapped Monk Fish

Done the bacon/shrimp combo, got the tee shirt and went home.  Now comes along a little something new....bacon and monk fish.  If you have never had monk fish I suggest you try it.  It tastes allot like lobster.  Yep, I said it, lobster.  The trick as always is to crisp the bacon without over cooking the fish.  It can be done and I will prove it.  Stay tuned.
