Time for the Holidaze and all kinds of goodness!

Parmigiano Reggiano | How to taste | It's time to eat Parmigiano-Reggiano:
Grill diagonally sliced bagette, brush with olive oil, rub a clove of garlic on each slice, top with freshly grated parmigiano reggiano.  Serve with ANYTHING.... a glass of your favorite wine and have fine time.  Fresh or dried fruits, a tomato and basil mix, proscuitto, a green salad the choice are endless.  Simple and luxurious.
